As a vegan, I appreciated the staff's genuine effort to accommodate my dietary preferences. They crafted a delightful dish from the freshest local ingredients, allowing me to savor the robust flavors of the region. I also indulged in Afternoon Tea, featuring freshly baked scones paired with exquisite preserves, and a selection of gourmet sandwiches that added a touch of elegance to the experience. The restaurant's ambiance-refined yet welcoming-combined perfectly with the culinary offerings. Each morning, I kickstarted my day with freshly brewed barista coffee from the Hatch Café, accompanied by home-baked treats. After breakfast, I explored the picturesque surroundings, which include a golf course that challenges even the most seasoned players.
